Warranty Claim Terms & Conditions

Lady Americana guarantees all of our mattresses products are made from the best quality materials and are free from damage in the process. This warranty can be claimed with the following terms and conditions:

1. The limited warranty is valid for 15 (fifteen) years from the date of purchase of the mattress.

2. This warranty ONLY APPLIES to springs, DOES NOT APPLY to wrapping/other fabrics.

3. Fill out the Warranty Card completely.

STEPS TO FILL OUT THE WARRANTY CARD:

1. ANDROID

- Click Play Store then type QR Code Reader in Google Play then install.

- Open the QR Code Reader application and scan the QR Code on the warranty card.

- Fill in the form provided.

2. WEB BROWSER

- Open the address ( https://royalcustomerservice.co.id/register-garansi )

- Fill in the provided form.

4. Attach the Purchase Note at the time of claim.

5.  Warranty is VOID if:

a. The mattress stored in inappropriate conditions, or caused by natural disasters or other reasons that are user error related.

b. Piled with heavy items.

c. Repairs are carried out by third parties other than PT. Royal Abadi Sejahtera.

6. Divans and Headboards do not apply to warranty, except for production defects.

7. Mattress surfaces that drop up to 2.5 cm during normal use are not considered damage and are not included in the warranty. This is normal because the surface of the mattress will follow the curves of the body (body impression).
